Breaking: A 6-year-old skateboarding Chihuahua named Chiquita is up for adoption in the Los Angeles area, ABC 7 reports. The owner apparently told shelter staff that Chiquita “has an usual desire to ride her skateboard whenever she can,” which is just perfect.
